We have officially signed a contract with UNIBEP which will act as the General Contractor for the implementation of the first stage of CITYFLOW in Warsaw. This is another, after BOHEMA - Strefa Praga, VISTA Mokotów and INCITY, jointly implemented project.
- CITYFLOW will be our next unique investment, allowing future residents to enjoy everyday joy - active spending of free time but also living in the rhythm of words, rest and self-development in the spirit of eco. The investment will give you a chance to "swim" in a beautiful environment on the border of the city center and its peaceful side. We are extremely happy that we will soon start work on 1st stage - emphasizes Marcin Michalec, CEO of OKAM Capital.
As part of the 1st stage - in Warsaw's Wola district - will be built 2 buildings with 333 apartments and 2 commercial premises. The entire investment is characterized by numerous eco-solutions that support environmental protection and improve the comfort of life of residents. For the use of residents, green areas and activity zones will be available, i.a: vegetable garden, amphitheater, spaces for relaxation and quadrupeds, resident's club.
The author of the cityflow architectural concept is the DEDECO studio.
The commencement of works is planned for later this year and their completion - in the 4th quarter of 2024.
