On September 21, 2020, OKAM finalized the purchase of a plot in Warsaw's Wola district at 9 Redutowa Street.
On a plot of 3.86 ha, construction of stage I will start in 2021. Ultimately, 4 buildings with approx. 740 apartments will be built. In the first stage, 150 apartments will be available. The nine-storey buildings will be kept in a modern style, all immersed in the surrounding greenery of the directly adjacent Powstańców Warszawy Park. There will also be a biologically active area in the estate, as OKAM intends to allocate approx. 40% (which is approx. 1.4 ha) of the plot area for green / recreational areas for use by future residents.
- This is our next investment in Warsaw, the second in Wola. This district is developing dynamically today. It is well connected and guarantees the comfort of living, that is why we are happy to come back here. The investment will also be built in accordance with the standards of the New Quality Policy of OKAM, like other investments currently underway. We plan to start the construction of stage I next year and finish it in 2023. Ultimately, the entire investment will be completed in 2025.
