
Phase II of the CITYFLOW development, located on Redutowa Street in Warsaw’s Wola district, has officially received its occupancy permit. This marks an important milestone for OKAM and signifies the completion of the entire CITYFLOW project.
Following the completion and handover of Phase I, which is now home to its first residents, Phase II is ready to welcome its new homeowners. The second phase comprises 409 apartments, which will soon be handed over to their owners.
CITYFLOW was designed with residents’ comfort and everyday well-being in mind, offering a unique living environment surrounded by greenery. The development features 1.5 hectares of landscaped green areas, an amphitheatre, a community vegetable garden, relaxation zones, a residents’ lounge, and a variety of spaces designed to encourage outdoor activity and foster a strong sense of community.
The occupancy permit for Phase II marks the completion of the entire CITYFLOW development. Like Phase I, the second phase was designed by DEDECO Architectural Office, while Unibep Group served as the general contractor.
We would like to thank all our partners, architects, engineers, and contractors for their commitment, expertise, and professionalism throughout every stage of the project.
The first residents of Phase II will soon receive the keys to their new homes and become part of the CITYFLOW community. We hope that the shared amenities—including the community vegetable garden—will quickly become places for everyday meetings, neighbourly connections, and shared experiences.
