Apartment handovers have begun at CITYFLOW Phase II

This is an important milestone for the CITYFLOW development in Warsaw’s Wola district – we have completed the construction of Phase II and have officially begun apartment handovers.

From the very beginning, we have focused on solutions that enhance residents’ everyday comfort while promoting a healthy and environmentally friendly lifestyle. That is why every homeowner who took possession of their apartment in Phase I, as well as everyone collecting their apartment during the Phase II handovers, receives a Dafi under-sink water filter and a Viessmann air purifier.

The Dafi under-sink water filter provides clean, great-tasting tap water, eliminating the need to buy bottled water. It supports a healthier lifestyle, helps reduce household expenses, and minimizes plastic waste, contributing to environmental protection.

The Viessmann air purifier, in turn, removes more than 99% of fine airborne particles and allergens, ensuring cleaner indoor air, greater comfort, and a healthier living environment for residents.

This is the result of OKAM’s collaboration with its partners, Dafi and Viessmann, through which CITYFLOW residents benefit not only from modern apartments but also from practical solutions that improve their everyday quality of life.
