CITYFLOW in Wola with occupancy permit for stage I

We have officially signed a contract with UNIBEP, which will act as the General Contractor for the first stage of CITYFLOW in Warsaw. This is another jointly implemented project, following BOHEMA – Strefa Praga, VISTA Mokotów and INCITY.
– CITYFLOW will be our next exceptional investment, allowing future residents to enjoy everyday life – active leisure, but also living in a slow rhythm, relaxing and self-developing in an eco spirit. The development will offer the chance to ‘flow’ in a beautiful environment, on the border between the city centre and its peaceful outskirts. We are extremely pleased that we will soon start work on phase I,’ notes Marcin Michalec, CEO of OKAM Capital.
Within the framework of the first stage, in Warsaw’s Wola district, 2 buildings with 333 flats and 2 commercial premises will be constructed. The entire investment is characterised by numerous eco-solutions, supporting environmental protection and improving the living comfort of the residents. Green areas and activity zones will be available for use by residents, including a vegetable garden, an amphitheatre, spaces for relaxation and pets, and a residents’ club.
The architectural concept for CITYFLOW has been designed by the DEDECO studio.
Work is scheduled to begin later this year and be completed in Q4 2024.
