Redutowa 9 in Wola: another plot in OKAM’s portfolio

OKAM on 21 September 2020 finalised the purchase of a plot of land in Warsaw’s Wola district at 9 Redutowa Street.

On the 3.86-hectare plot, construction of phase I will start in 2021. Ultimately, 4 buildings with approximately 740 flats will be constructed. In the first stage, 150 flats will be available. The nine-storey buildings will be maintained in a modern style and everything will be immersed in the surrounding greenery of the directly neighbouring Powstańców Warszawy Park. There will also be plenty of biologically active area within the estate, as OKAM intends to earmark approx. 40% (i.e. approx. 1.4 ha) of the plot for green/recreational areas to be used by future residents.

This is another of our Warsaw investments, the second in Wola. This district is developing dynamically today. It is well connected and guarantees comfortable living, which is why we are happy to return here. The investment will also be built in accordance with the standards of the New OKAM Quality Policy, like other investments currently in progress. We plan to start construction of stage I next year and finish it in 2023, with the target completion date for the entire investment being 2025. I am convinced that this is another step towards OKAM’s development,’ says Arie Koren, CEO of OKAM.
