  1. The Administrator of your personal data is OKAM Capital Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Jagiellońska 88, 03-215 Warsaw.
  2. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer whom you can contact in all matters related to personal data protection as follows:
    - By e-mail: ochronadanych@okam.pl;
    - By post: ‘OKAM Capital’ Sp. z o.o., ul. Jagiellońska 88, 03-215 Warsaw, with the note ‘RODO’.
  3. Your personal data was and is processed for:
    1. direct marketing of products and services on the basis of your consent (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) RODO) if such consent was given by you;
    2. taking specific action at your request (initiator of the request) prior to the conclusion of a contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) RODO), if such a request has been made by you;
    3. pursuant to Article 6(1)(a), (b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. Your data will be processed until you withdraw your consent to the processing, if the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, or until the conclusion of the contract referred to in paragraph 3(2) or until you exercise the rights set out in paragraph 6.
  5. The recipients of your personal data may be:
    1. Employees and associates of the Administrator;
    2. Entities providing services to the Administrator to whom the Administrator entrusts the processing of personal data, in particular including service providers in the legal, marketing and IT services of the Administrator;
    3. Subsidiaries of the Administrator to whom the Administrator will entrust the processing of personal data;
    4. Intermediaries, agents or bank advisors, in the event that you give your additional consent to such extent.
  6. You have the right to access your personal data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, as well as to data portability, to object to the processing of your data and to withdraw your consent to the processing granted at any time, the withdrawal of your consent not affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection:

  8. The controller will process your data by means of automated processing, in particular profiling.
