CITYFLOW with a new shared space – Resident’s Lounge now open!

OKAM ACADEMICUS Sp. z o.o., a company of the OKAM Capital Group, has signed another agreement with PKO Bank Polski for the financing of the second stage of CITYFLOW in Warsaw. The June 2024 agreement is a continuation of the cooperation between the companies.
The financing agreement confirms that OKAM’s ongoing projects have great potential and are well perceived by the market. The cooperation with PKO Bank Polski allows for the smooth implementation of CITYFLOW, an investment that is extremely important for us in the capital’s residential market.
📅The construction of the second stage is scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.
The general contractor for both stages is the Unibep Group.
