We have received the final planning permission…

We have obtained the legal permit for the construction of CITYFLOW! We will create a unique housing estate here, which will be surrounded by greenery and an activity zone for residents. Our project will be realised on a plot with almost 40% biologically active area.

The entire project will consist of 743 flats with a height of up to 2.8 metres located in 4 buildings – from 4 to 8 floors. As part of the first stage, two 8-storey buildings will be constructed with 334 flats with areas ranging from 29 to 193 m2. This will also include penthouses with roof terraces on the top floors, as well as a unit for a resident’s zone on the ground floor. Other flats will be enriched with spacious balconies and gardens. More than 926 parking spaces will be provided in the underground garage, as well as almost 300 storage units.

A remarkable asset of the development will be its surroundings defined by green zones. CITYFLOW will not only be surrounded by neighbouring outdoor parks and squares. It will also be filled by internal green belts, with a central square with a fountain, so that residents will have constant contact with nature at their fingertips. An activity and relaxation zone will also be created within the complex for shared use, consisting of a vegetable garden, a secluded enclave with deckchairs and hammocks, an amphitheatre and a water mist square, a playground or a section for street workout enthusiasts. There will also be a recreational area for animals. In accordance with our New Quality Policy, the project will additionally feature numerous pro-environmental solutions and solutions to increase the living comfort of its residents.

As part of the pre-sale that has begun, more than 25% of the flats in phase 1 have already been purchased. Construction work on this phase is scheduled to commence in Q4 2022, with completion in Q4 2024.
