Okam with office building in Warsaw’s Wola district

We have finalised the purchase of an office building located at 9 Redutowa Street in Wola. It occupies an area of more than 5,400 sq m, while the land on which it is located is more than 5,600 sq m. The office building is adjacent to a plot of land purchased by us in autumn 2020, intended for a residential development. The newly acquired building and the surrounding land will become an addition to the residential development.
