We have finalized the purchase of an office building located at 9 Redutowa St. in Wola district. It covers an area of over 5,400 sq m, and the area on which it is located is over 5,600 sq m. The office building is adjacent to the plot of land that we purchased in autumn 2020, intended for a residential investment. The newly acquired facility and the surrounding area will complement the housing estate. - Purchase of an office building directly adjacent to the plot at 9 Redutowa St., which we acquired in 2020, will be an important element of our planned investment in this part of Wola. Thanks to this, we will be able to comprehensively influence the landscape of this location, bearing in mind our modern and qualitative approach to implemented projects, taking into account the surrounding parks and well-developed infrastructure in this part of the city. The office building will complement the residential investment located at the back of this building, the implementation of which we are planning to start at any moment. We want everyone who decides to live here to feel special and feel that they have found their place, especially in such beautiful surroundings. In 2020, we purchased at 9 Redutowa St., a plot of 3.86 ha. We plan to build 4 buildings with over 700 apartments in this area. The project will be built among the surrounding greenery of the directly neighboring Powstańców Warszawy Park. The residential buildings will be kept in a modern style, and there will be plenty of biologically active space around them. We intend to allocate about 40 percent. (approx. 1.4 ha) of the plot for green and recreational areas. Completion of all stages of the investment is planned for 2025.
