We have signed a contract with Appartme for the implementation of smart home system in the CITYFLOW investment in Warsaw! The subject of cooperation is the delivery of the Appartme system in the Standard version and ongoing verification of its functioning after assembly. This modern solution in the field of home automation is part of the implemented New OKAM Quality Policy and will bring many benefits to residents.
Each apartment in the Warsaw OKAM project will be equipped with the Appartme residential automation system, which will allow you to control four main areas - heating, electricity, lighting and water valves. Residents of the Cityflow estate will also receive access to information on the current electricity consumption in the premises. Apartment management will be possible remotely from anywhere in the world, using a free Android or iOS mobile application.
OKAM will deliver its solution to a total of 749 apartments - 333 of them will be built in the 1st stage of the investment, and 416 in the second. This is another pro-environmental element that the CITYFLOW investment will offer to its residents. Other solutions include, m.in: a vegetable garden, a quiet oasis with deckchairs and hammocks, an amphitheater, a square with water fog, a playground and an area dedicated to pets. There will be a free rental of bicycles and scooters, a station for servicing two-wheelers, as well as a system of automatic irrigation of green areas with collected rainwater.
The completion of the 1st stage of the investment is scheduled for the 1st quarter of 2025.
