CITYFLOW with Appartme smart home management system

We have signed a contract with Appartme for the implementation of a smart home management system in the CITYFLOW investment in Warsaw! The subject of cooperation is the delivery of the Appartme system in the Standard version and ongoing verification of its functioning after installation. This state-of-the-art home automation solution is part of OKAM’s New Quality Policy and will bring many benefits to residents.

Each flat in OKAM’s Warsaw project will be equipped with the Appartme home automation system as a standard finish, which will allow control of four main areas – heating, electricity, lighting and water valves. Residents of the Cityflow development will also be given access to information on the current electricity consumption of the property. Management of the flat will be possible remotely, from anywhere in the world, using a free Android or iOS mobile app.

OKAM will provide its solution for a total of 749 flats – 333 of which will be built in the first phase of the development and 416 in the second phase. This is another pro-environmental element that the CITYFLOW development will offer its residents. Other solutions include, among others, a vegetable garden, a secluded oasis with deckchairs and hammocks, an amphitheatre, a water mist plaza, a playground and an area dedicated to pets. There will be a free bicycle and scooter rental service, a station for servicing unicycles, as well as an automatic rainwater harvesting irrigation system for the green areas.

Completion of the first phase of the project is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025.
