OKAM has handed over a new shared space – the Resident’s Lounge – to the residents of the CITYFLOW development in Warsaw. This area is designed for meetings, community interaction, and collaboration, supporting the creation of an active neighborhood community in line with OKAM’s New Quality Policy.
The Resident’s Lounge complements the development’s existing amenities, including a playground, outdoor gym, dog run, amphitheater, and a relaxation zone with a fountain and mist feature. The new space can be used for workshops, neighbor gatherings, small events, or co-working activities.
The development is located on Redutowa Street in Warsaw’s Wola district, in a highly accessible location – close to metro, tram, and bus stops – while remaining in a quiet, green area.
✅ Phase I – completed, includes apartments ready to move in, sized 30–32 m²; last units available for sale.
✅ Phase II – full range of apartments for sale, sizes 32–123 m²; completion planned for Q2 2026.
