Phase II of CITYFLOW reaches structural completion

Phase II of the CITYFLOW development at Redutowa Street in Warsaw’s Wola district has reached structural completion 🎉

This phase includes two buildings ranging from 4 to 8 storeys, comprising 416 apartments with sizes from 32 m² to 178 m². Each apartment will be equipped with the Appartme Standard automation system, allowing remote control of heating, lighting, and energy consumption.

The development will feature 1.5 hectares of green areas, relaxation and recreation zones, an amphitheater, vegetable garden, dog run, fitness room, and a residents’ lounge. The site will be car-free.

Completion of Phase II is planned for Q2 2026.
