Today we have started the process of handing over 331 apartments in 2 eight-story buildings.
Stage I also includes:
– Resident’s premises.
– Smart Home System – #Appartme Standard to manage heating, electricity, lighting and water valves in each apartment.
– Under-sink #Dafi water filters and #Viessmann air purifiers.
– Station for servicing two-wheelers and charging points for mobile devices.
– Automatic irrigation of green areas with collected rainwater.
– Carefully designed greenery with a zone with deckchairs and hammocks.
– Square with amphitheater and water mist.
– Playground.
– Street workout zone.
– Dog run.
In Stage II (also 2 buildings) we have also planned a gym, free bike and scooter rental, vegetable garden and central square with a fountain.
